Protest at James Cornelius' Home 3-7-2010

For the first ever ADB-NYC protest, the collective decided to go to James Cornelius' house. James Cornelius is the president and CEO of Bristol-Myers Squibb, a pharmaceutical company that's a major customer of Huntingdon Life Sciences.

Without the BMS contract, HLS would have to reconsider their way of doing business, or even shut their doors for good.

Activists wore blood splattered lab coats and surgical masks to draw attention to BMS' bloody dirty disgusting dealings with a CRO that's been caught punching beagle puppies in the face, cutting monkeys open alive without anesthetic, and choking, shaking and violently throwing animals into their cages.

Also, Huntingdon Life Sciences is notorious for faking lab results so their customers can push potentially dangerous drugs out on the market quicker.

It was a good first demo for Animals Deserve Better NYC, and there will be more to come.

HLS - Shut them Down!

Huntingdon Life Sciences (HLS) is a brutal animal testing lab that kills 500 animals every single day to test household products like bleach, toothpaste and tanning lotion, as well as dangerous drugs from the pharma drug lords.

HLS has been caught out in SEVEN undercover investigations, heartlessly punching beagle puppies in the face, choking and violently shaking animals, cutting monkeys wide open without anesthetic, and falsifying test data in order to please their clients and get their products and pharmaceuticals out on the market faster.

Huntingdon Life Sciences is a hell on earth for the animals, and they must be shut down. There has been a campaign against them for years, and activists have dedicated their lives - all their free time - to working to stop the killing at Huntingdon Life Sciences.

Although ADB-NYC is not affiliated whatsoever with SHAC, SHAC is the best resource for information on this death laboratory. Additionally, in the future SHAC may pick up demonstration reports from this blog and repost them - ADB-NYC has no control over whether or not SHAC does this.

That being said, please check out their website through the links below (as they are the best resource for reports, pictures, videos from the lab, and information) and learn more about Huntingdon Life Sciences. Also please view the two linked videos on Youtube:
